Can I order samples before committing to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the color and texture in your own light. You can order up to four individual tile samples for a small fee, which is often redeemable against your full order.

How long will it take for my tiles to be delivered?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. If you have a specific deadline, we offer express shipping options at checkout for most mainland locations.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

While we pack our tiles securely, breakages can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can send replacements.

Are your tiles suitable for use with underfloor heating?

Most of our porcelain and natural stone tiles are compatible with underfloor heating systems. However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications or consulting with your installer before purchase.

How much extra should I order for 'wastage'?

We generally recommend adding 10% to your total square meterage to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, you may wish to increase this to 15%.
