We want you to be completely satisfied with your Baked Tiles purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and undamaged tiles in their original packaging. Please ensure you inspect your delivery within 48 hours for any transit damage before beginning the return process.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific quantity of tiles you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the tiles in their original boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund items that arrive in resalable condition.
- 3.Arrange Shipping
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods and confirmed they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
